(REC-002) LEŽTHERSTRIP -- PENETRATE THE SATANIC CITIZEN CD
Due to LEŽTHER STRIP's overseas popularity and prolific career, we felt it would be nice to introduce North America to their high-speed synthrage. This "best-of" CD features snarling guitar-less club tracks taken from most of their singles and albums.
(REC-003) TECHNOTIC EFFECT -- Various Artists CD
When we licensed LEŽTHER STRIP from Zoth Ommog, it was stipulated that we'd release this compilation as well. This features a bundle of hard electronic dance bands such as X MARKS THE PEDWALK, A-HEAD, TRANCEFORMER and 10 others.
(REC-004) 16 VOLT -- WISDOM CD
This gang of Pacific-Northwesterners really kicked the shit out of the torture-tech community with their mix of raw vocals, bloated guitar slinging, militant sequencing and brutal club-happy percussion. David Ogilvie and Keith "Fluffy" Auerbach didn't alter 16 VOLT's sound, but definitely enhanced this CD with their production wizardry.
(REC-005) NUMB -- DEATH ON THE INSTALLMENT PLAN CD
These old school Vancouver-bred veterans combine the sinister ambiance and the guitar-&-synth crunch of their first two discs to result in DEATH ON THE INSTALLMENT PLAN. So come join their excursion into the realm of lurching club beats, raw anger-fueled vocals, eerie samples, rhythmic noise & soundscraping guitar stabs.
(REC-006) CLAY PEOPLE -- FIRETRIBE CD
Twisting things into a darker vein is this Albany, NY-based tribe of necrotechnicians. These guys juxtapose guitars with stark melothic vocals, subtle sample augmentation and a powerful river of synthwork. On SHUT UP KITTY, they do a biting rendition of BLACK SABBATH's Paranoid.
(REC-008) VAMPIRE RODENTS -- LULLABY LAND CD
The RODENTS combine cellos, violins, guitars and a handful of exotic instruments with samples, sequencers, accessible percussion and abstract phrases channeled through a doppleganger vocal delivery. Members of CHEM LAB & BABYLAND provide guest voices. Thiswalks the line between being semi-dance-capable and experimental.
(REC-009) SHUT UP KITTY -- Various Artists CD
This is the first compilation that features all digicore bands performing cover songs. KMFDM interprets U2's Mysterious Ways, XORCIST tackles Smells Like Teen Spirit, DIATRIBE pays homage to the SUGARCUBES with a version of Cold Sweat, while 16 VOLT, SKREW, BABYLAND and many others help out.
(REC-010) NON-AGGRESSION PACT -- 9MM GRUDGE CD
Florida's N.A.P. follows up their debut CD (on GPC) with a sound that combines hip hop influenced percussion with their own style of emotive synth-&-snarlcore.
(REC-011) SWAMP TERRORISTS -- COMBAT SHOCK CD
On this duo's third full CD, they serve up a 73 minute batch of fresh tracks laden with mean guitars, growling vocals and funky percussion. Picture a Swiss version of KMFDM.
(REC-012) 16 VOLT -- SKIN CD
Reloading their clip, 16 VOLT makes some noise with their 2nd full CD. On this release, the guitars are turned up higher, but the electronic element is still present.
(REC-013) KILLING FLOOR -- Self-titled CD
This SF-band provides a balanced mix of rock, electronics & distinct vocals on their debut, as well as a remix by Mark Pistel (CONSOLIDATED). If you like 16 Volt, check these guys out.
(REC-014) SMP -- STALEMATE CD
Two guys from Seattle sing and scream over a fusilage of scratching, sampling, guitar slicing, and organic percussion. These guys epitomize cyberpunk with their hardcore vocals and the ability to make pit-oriented music without relying on guitar riffs.
(REC-015) CLAY PEOPLE -- THE IRON ICON MCD (not out yet)
If their last CD wasn't "cyber" enough, then this sequel is perfect for you. Unlike their Firetribe CD, they've boosted the electronics in the mix and substituted the grungy goth feel with more metallic
riff work. Co-Produced by DIE WARZAU, with guest vocals by FEAR FACTORY and studio assistance by SISTER MACHINE GUN.
(REC-016) THUGS 'N' KISSES -- Various Artists CD (not out yet)
This compilation features all previously unreleased or exclusive tracks or mixes by CHEMLAB, SKREW, 16 VOLT, TINFED, HATE DEPT., PAIN EMISSION, PENAL COLONY, KILLING FLOOR, VAMPIRE RODENTS with Athan of SPAHN RANCH on vocals, SMP and plenty more.
(REC-017) VAMPIRE RODENTS -- CLOCKSEED CD
Distancing themselves from their previous discordance, the Rodents' opt for smoother, more danceabble compositions. Imagine MEAT BEAT MANIFESTO with orchestration. Guest vocals from CHEMLAB, 16 VOLT, HATE DEPT., BATTERY, PENAL COLONY and 12 others.
(REC-018) APPARATUS -- Self-titled MCD (out on Aug. 1st)
A synthcore act from North Carolina?!? As odd as it might sound, they've managed to cultivate an original cyber sound in their sequencer-starved State. The spotlight alternates between the Guitars and electronics, without either dominating the mix, while the percussion is a hip-hop/industrial hybrid and the wide-ranging vocals cater to the goth crowd and rivetheads alike.
(MRF-001) ASSIMILATION -- Various Artists (Vinyl only)
A limited edition 12" with two songs each from DIATRIBE, CHEMLAB, SKREW & MALHAVOC. DIATRIBE & CHEM LAB provide exclusive mixes!!
(RCR-001) GRID SLINGER -- Various Artists LP (Vinyl Only)
We join hands with Cleopatra for this 10 song club sampler featuring the PSYCHOPOMPS, LEŽTHER STRIP, SWAMP TERRORISTS, NON-AGRESSION PACT, 16 VOLT, DIGITAL POODLE, K.F...
(REC-701) RIPPED UP & SO SEDATED -- Compilation 7"
Four songs. Two by the emo-core guitar rock bands BALANCE & EGGBOUND, and the other two tracks by the digicore acts 16 VOLT & PAIN EMISSION.
