Cyber Fest
An arts event Oct. 3 - 9 organized by Bob La Quey. I played
with interactive systems and a Disklavier. I incorporated
PostScript graphics files from
Aluizio Arcela, professor
of computer science at the University of Brasília.
His images will be included on the upcoming CD-ROM documenting
the event.
Four students of Takayuki Rai from Kunitachi College sent and
received midi and video at CRCA with Rai in Tokyo. They made
a video of their performance.

L.A. Brain Storm Group
A monthly discussion group including L.A. artists
and representitives of Yamaha, Roland, Electronic Cafe,
Bell Laboratories, Center for Research in Computing and the
Arts, and the San Diego Supercomputer Center. We are trying
to organize an independent laboratory to test systems which can
be used for future performances.
