The MI Process

Of course we would have liked a plan as simple as the following, but everyone knows that everything happens at once (except for the last step...).

1. Brainstorming (Jan '94) - Massage out a concept.
2. Meetings - Regular and consistent attendance is always nice.
3. Deciding - Interface Structure and Developement Environment.
4. Format Issues - File formats, CDROM format, File and data organizational structure issues
5. Collection of Material - Pulling together people, programs, artwork, computers, various miscellaneous talents, recording the band, etc.
6. Legalities - Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Artist Contract, Pornography and Model Release issues
7. Support Graphics
8. Audio and Videoi - Transfer and conversion
9. Development - Building the actual interfaces with the organized content; Director, HTML and changing technology issues
10. Mastering - Print films and CDR master
11. Last minute platform and bug checking - Also known as "Last minute panic"
